Over more than two decades, my career journey has taken me from brand management to leadership roles in esteemed organizations, including Procter & Gamble, UNICEF, and the International Committee of the Red Cross. Along the way, I’ve built a versatile portfolio career rooted in one guiding principle: bringing people together to create positive, lasting impact.
I’ve had the privilege of studying, working, traveling, and volunteering across four continents in four languages, while also being exposed to many others I couldn’t understand at all. These experiences taught me to communicate effectively even when verbal communication was limited. They also deepened my ability to navigate differences, build bridges, and foster meaningful connections in international and multicultural settings. Such skills are invaluable for helping individuals and teams thrive in today’s increasingly globalized world.
Having lived through many significant career and life transitions, I understand what it takes to navigate change, embrace uncertainty, and overcome fear. Whether living abroad, climbing the career ladder, switching sectors, or stepping into the joys and challenges of parenthood, I’ve experienced firsthand the transformative power of approaching transitions with intention and purpose.
I’ve crafted a portfolio career that seamlessly blends strategic expertise with a passion for coaching and leadership development. My professional journey is grounded in a BSc in International Management from ESB Business School in Reutlingen, Germany, and ICADE Universidad Pontificia Comillas in Madrid, Spain. I further enhanced my academic foundation with an MBA in International Organizations Management from the University of Geneva and the ICRC's Humanitarian Leadership and Management School program.
I’m trained in the Co-Active coaching methodology for individuals and ORSC for systems coaching. I also bring innovative approaches, including Franziska Müller’s MindMirror horse-assisted coaching. My qualifications include certification as a PROSCI Change Management Practitioner and as a consultant for MRG’s “Personal Directions” motivation assessment tool. Additionally, I completed the Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) program, which further deepened my ability to integrate mindfulness into my work.
My professional experience, academic background, and diverse methodologies enable me to offer a holistic approach to growth and transformation. By integrating strategy, emotional intelligence, and mindfulness, I help individuals and teams view development through the interconnected lens of body and mind.
Beyond my professional pursuits, I wear many hats: working mom, partner, friend, daughter, sister, and colleague. Balancing these roles has shaped my resilience and deepened my self-awareness. From a year-long backpacking adventure and completing a marathon to navigating the joys and challenges of parenthood, each experience has been a stepping stone for growth. Facing health challenges along the way has further strengthened my belief in the power of a positive mindset and mindfulness. Whether immersing myself in new cultures, embracing life abroad, learning new skills, or pushing my limits in new endeavors, I’ve come to see every life experience as an opportunity for transformation and reinvention.
I firmly believe that life’s transitions—big or small—are opportunities to grow, evolve, and thrive. Whether through the lens of sports, parenting, or leadership, I’ve seen how the right mindset can unlock confidence, balance, and fulfillment.
